Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We generally like to include shipping in the price of all of our products so there are no hidden surprises. However, for larger bespoke items it may be necessary to apply a separate fee for shipping.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the availability of our products. Once the item is made you can expect a second class tracked service with either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Returns and Refunds

  • Damages & Defects: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible from delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • In the unlikely event that you are not happy with one of our products, you can return the unused item to us for a fully refund. Delivery/collection charges may apply on a case by case basis.

General

  • Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products. However, please note that slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our items.
